It is just the mental image

Husband is looking at rental listings. Most are unsuitable for some reason-- but some are worth a second look. This one maybe-- 'newly renovated, come see beautiful workmansheep."

I want to see the workmansheep. I imagine them with little overalls, and luchboxes!

I'd be dubious about them, I hear they do baa-d work. (bud-dum-dum.)

(All I can see is the minions from dDespicable Me)

Sorry... I live with a punster and after ten years of marriage, it is communicable.

Workmansheep - lovely!

I treasure the following typo, from the FAQ of a Thing at work that nobody wants to happen: will all the admin staff be managed by a single potholder?

i think I have mentioned before the little sign I saw at a store one spring Sunday, wishing everyone a 'Happy Eastern.'

Oh, marvellous :-)

I remember a BBC Radio 4 comedy show doing a "visit" to the Falkland Islands in 1982, and talking to a local, "Pepe". He explained (in a thick Spanish accent) that he was looking out for sheeps. English battlesheeps.

I want to see them, too. If you run across them, take lots of pictures!

Today many in the Navy have never seen a sheep. The word is becoming more uraban. (And not long ago cities had animals in them too.)

There is always something strange to me about sheep handlers. They are usually very soft spoken, taciturn, quiet. But they throw the sheep around in a really alarming way, don't they?

Also yes I agree re sheep handlers. I spent many a happy hour at the fank as a kid watching elderly taciturn men manhandling sheeps in an alarming fashion!
