I am back

I feel like I have cooked zucchini for brains, and my arms are covered with bruises. I have antibiotics to take at home. But I am home, in my own bed, and I can really sleep!

I did not do any Spanish to speak of, while in the hospital. So now I am sadly behind. Tomorrow is soon enough for all that. Tonight, sleep-- a festival of sleep!

Hurray you're home! :D I spoke to nodbear yesterday and she said you were hoping to be home soon. Glad you're feeling a lot better, take it easy though, it can take a while to get over that kind of thing. So glad you're back, it's not the same around here without you :} *hugs*

Welcome back! I missed your going-to-hospital post, but I'm here for your coming-back-home post. Hope your various house creatures welcomed you warmly and cheered you up by being cuddly and/or hilarious.

I'm sorry to hear you were/are ill! Hope you'll feel better quickly!! Hospitals are horrid places to sleep. There's so many lights still on and people coming and going! Glad you are in your own bed and able to SLEEP! Here's a good Spanish word: MANANA!! (Tomorrow!)

When I had IVs make my hands sore during the bed rest episode, the nurses told me to lay very thin slices of raw potato on the sore spots, and to change for fresh slices as the old ones dried up. It did help.

Glad this is all in the past and you are better now.
